We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. We do not use your content to train or improve AI models without your explicit consent.
Voice Memos: When you submit a voice memo, we transcribe it using AI technology. The transcript is then used to generate your marketing content. The raw audio file is automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days of submission.
Job Photos: Your photos are used to generate labeled Before/After images for your marketing assets. We do not alter, filter, or enhance your photos beyond adding text labels. You retain full ownership of your original images.
Content Ownership: Your voice memos, photos, and all marketing content we generate for you belong to you. We claim no ownership over your media or the outputs we create from them.
Your data is stored on encrypted servers located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews.
However, no system is 100% secure. If a security breach occurs that compromises your personal information, we will notify you promptly by email and provide details about the incident and any steps you should take.
We work with trusted third-party providers to deliver our service:
We want to be clear: we do not integrate with Google, Facebook, Instagram, or any social platform on your behalf. You copy-paste the marketing content we generate into those platforms yourself. No API connections are made to any social network without your explicit action.
While Your Account Is Active: All account data is retained as long as your subscription is active.
After Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, we will delete your account data within 90 days of your request.
Voice Memos: Voice memos are deleted within 30 days of submission, regardless of whether your account is active.

TradesSnap.us is intended for business use by adults and is not directed toward anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it immediately.
